Beginner Reformer
FOCUS: FOUNDATIONS & CONFIDENCE
Join others at the start of their Reformer Pilates journey at SISU in our Beginner Reformer class. We guide you through a full orientation of the Reformer and the foundational movements as we build your confidence on the machine. Injuries or niggles? We will show you how to modify exercises so you feel empowered to do this on your own anytime you need to. Attend this class as many times as you like before starting Open Level Reformer.

Suitable for: those new to Reformer/SISU; non-beginners welcome to work on base strength and endurance
Open Level Reformer
FOCUS: STRENGTH, MOBILITY & CONTROL
Catering for all, but by no means easy, our Open Level class showcases all the different ways that you can move and groove on the Reformer. Increase your strength, fitness and co-ordination while challenging your body and mind. Regressions and progressions are provided throughout so you can choose your level of spice depending on your ability and mood.

Stretch & Mobility Reformer
FOCUS: ACTIVE RECOVERY & STRETCHING
Designed as your ideal active recovery session, this class is centred on feel-good movements, dynamic stretching and improving mobility. We encourage you to move at a deliberate and unhurried pace to nurture your body and all of the wonderful ways it is designed to move, releasing stiffness and tension so you walk out feeling light, bright and deliciously recharged. This class is suitable for all levels, with regressions and progressions provided throughout so you can choose your degree of stretch.

55+ Reformer
FOCUS: STRENGTH, BALANCE & FLEXIBILITY
If you want to focus on maintaining your youth, moving with more ease and less pain during day-to-day tasks and continuing to live a life you love, this class is for you!
A slower-paced class with a focus on strengthening, flexibility and balance, we move through fundamental movement patterns to ensure you walk out feeling stronger, more mobile and brighter without overdoing it. Regressions and progressions are provided throughout.

Suitable for: those 55 and older
Tailored Group Classes
These offerings are by demand only and may not feature regularly on the timetable
Mama-to-be, Mama & Mini Reformer
FOCUS: STRENGTHEN, SOOTHE & CONNECT
This class is the perfect way to get your body moving before your precious bundle arrives or ease back into movement after bringing your mini into the world as well as connect with other local mamas. If you are a Mama-to-be, just bring yourself. Otherwise BYO baby + bits - baby can be on the floor (bring a blanket), in a capsule or on mum. You are welcome to feed, change nappies or stop for cuddles anytime. You are also welcome to attend without your baby if you want some you time.
Suitable for: prenatal clients at any stage of their pregnancy + mums post-birth (provided you have had the all clear from your OB or Physio) and babies (non-crawlers; babes on the move are welcome if they can be contained (eg. strapped into a Bumbo) for safety reasons)
4 Week Reformer Blocks
FOCUS: ADVANCED MOVES OR CARDIO OR STRENGTH
Occasionally we will run 4 week blocks of classes which will have a specific focus as above. These are a great way to mix up your standard Pilates practice and challenge your body and mind in a different way. See the class description for more information.
Suitable for: clients experienced on the Reformer.
Tailored Private Classes
Perfect if you want to smash your goals faster or group classes aren't your jam
Solo
FOCUS: YOU & YOUR GOALS
A 45 minute tailored one-on-one. Brilliant as a one-off introductory session to the Reformer, or as a weekly appointment if you'd prefer all attention on you, you have specific goals or you have an injury.
Suitable for: all levels
Private Groups
FOCUS: YOU & UP TO 9 PALS
Private sessions are more the fun when you bring a friend. Enjoy having the studio and instructor to yourself in this 45 minute session as a one-off introductory session to the Reformer, or make it a weekly appointment if you prefer to keep it exclusive.
