Beginner Reformer

FOCUS: FOUNDATIONS & CONFIDENCE

Designed for those new to SISU or Reformer Pilates, this class offers a slower, supportive introduction to the Reformer and the foundations of Pilates movement. You’ll be guided through the equipment and key exercises with a strong focus on technique, alignment and confidence on the machine.

We’ll show you how to modify movements to suit your body, including injuries or limitations, so you always feel safe, supported and capable - with just enough of that Pilates burn you’ll soon come to love. You’re welcome to attend this class as many times as you need before moving into our other classes. More experienced clients are also welcome if you’d like to revisit the fundamentals at a gentler pace.

PERFECT IF: you’re brand new, returning after time away, or wanting to build confidence before progressing

INTENSITY: Low

Open Level Reformer

FOCUS: STRENGTH, MOBILITY & CONTROL

A dynamic, full-body Reformer Pilates class designed to meet you where you’re at. Expect a balanced mix of strength, mobility, control and a sprinkling of cardio, with regressions and progressions provided throughout so you can choose your level of spice depending on your ability and mood.

This class moves at a steady pace and offers a variety of exercises and transitions, making it ideal for building strength, confidence and consistency over time. Whether you’re newer and sticking with the foundations or more experienced and ready to progress, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

PERFECT IF: you know your way around the Reformer and you're after a well-rounded Reformer workout that adapts to your experience, energy and goals

INTENSITY: Moderate

Stretch & Mobility Reformer

FOCUS: ACTIVE RECOVERY & STRETCHING

This class is designed as your ideal active recovery session, centred on feel-good movements, dynamic stretching and improving mobility. We will encourage you to move at a deliberate and unhurried pace to nurture your body and all of the wonderful ways it is designed to move, releasing stiffness and tension so you walk out feeling light, bright and deliciously recharged. This class is suitable for all levels, with regressions and progressions are provided throughout so you can choose your degree of stretch depending on your ability and mood.

PERFECT IF: you’re feeling tight, sore, overstimulated, or simply in need of a nervous system reset

INTENSITY: Low

Slow Reformer

FOCUS: ENDURANCE & CONTROL

A slower-paced Reformer class using longer holds and controlled tempo to create deep muscular endurance, without rushing your body. Expect fewer transitions, more intention, and more time under tension - ideal for building deep strength, nervous system support and helping you train consistently without burning out. Regressions and progressions are provided throughout so you can choose your level of spice depending on your ability and mood. Expect to walk out feeling stronger, calmer and more confident.

PERFECT IF: you have mastered Beginner, you love moving with intention, or prefer a more mindful, controlled pace

INTENSITY: Low–Moderate

Tailored Group Classes

These offerings are by demand only and may not feature regularly on the timetable

4 Week Reformer Blocks

FOCUS: STRENGTH, JUMPBOARD, POWER & ADVANCED

 Occasionally we will run 4 week blocks of classes which will have a specific focus as above. These are a great way to mix up your standard Pilates practice and challenge your body and mind in a different way. See the class description for more information.

Suitable for: clients experienced on the Reformer.

Tailored Private Classes

Perfect if you want to smash your goals faster or group classes aren't your jam

Solo

FOCUS: YOU & YOUR GOALS

A 45 minute tailored one-on-one. Brilliant as a one-off introductory session to the Reformer, or as a weekly appointment if you'd prefer all attention on you, you have specific goals or you have an injury.

Suitable for: all levels

Private Groups

FOCUS: YOU & UP TO 9 PALS

Private sessions are more the fun when you bring a friend. Enjoy having the studio and instructor to yourself in this 45 minute session  as a one-off introductory session to the Reformer, or make it a weekly appointment if you prefer to keep it exclusive.

Suitable for: all levels
